Can not open file, Download 2 files from inter-net, one will open PFD, the other does not open EFW f

What is a EFW file? Microsoft Digital Image Document is the type file listed under properties before the down. After the download to my documents it is listed as EFW file.

Disabled Firewall, AntiSpyware, AntiVirus and deleted AOL anti-virus. I've tried to open file with different programs. Microsoft Word and Excel open file but it is program language.

it looks to be either a .zip or an .exe. Rename it to both of these and see if it works.

Renaming to .exe extension does work

On my computer I downloaded one and it is a Flash executable now.
