Please sumone help really fast!!!!!?

Ok i just downloaded a song!!!! I kno and im sorry... and then this warning from windows popped up saying that I should download their anti virus program!!! it doesn't say that my computer is infected but that if it is infected download their antivirus...i have AVG right now and nothings coming up on the virus scans is this a virus cuz nothings coming up???!!!! pleez help any advice..... u get a best answer pleez

The download they are talking about is a trojan/spyware itself.. Dont do it.

*Download, install and the get the updates for the following, %26lt;%26lt;but DO NOT RUN A SCAN YET%26gt;%26gt;:

*Then, DISCONNECT from the internet.

*Go to Start%26gt;Settings%26gt;Control Panel%26gt;Internet Options and delete all browsing history (cookies, temporary internet files etc). Check the box, Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons.

*Make sure your folder settings allow you to see the ALL your folders, Go to My Computer%26gt;Folder Options%26gt;View. CHeck all the show files boxes and UNCHECK all the Hide boxes. Click apply and ok.

*Go to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings \temp
