Error Problem.?

I m having an error prompt in my window and when ever i open and application (such as web page or even any folder) that propmt comes which says u r having virus in ur pc and to avoid it download malware antivirus, and when i download it, it scans the pc and find the virus but asks the liecence key.

even my antivirus (symantic antivirus) couldnt catch it.

Please tell me how to get rid of it?
