:( My computer has a virus. I need assistance without the computer tech jargon please. Can you help?

So here is the issue. My computer worked fine. Then when it was switched on, it refused to load the normal way. It had a couple of flashing screens which were so fast i was unable to read them.

Then a screen came up stating that the computer didnt load correctly that i could turn it of and start again or choose from a list which said:

1. load in safe mode

2. load in safe mode with networking

3. load in the last way that worked (recommended)

and there was a fourth option i have read several times since but i cannot recall right now.

The only way it works is to load it in safe mode with networking. I tried to "restore" it didnt work. I download an antivirus. It located 7 trojan horses. It said it removed them (upon the second go as two wouldnt go off the first time). Now, i cannot find the antivirus (disappeared) and the time has gone funny and it still only loads in safe mode with networking.

Would appreciate a genius to help me in simple terms what i should do. Thanks.

to get rid of the virus, first download all the important information's you have on your system to flash drive and format the your system, after that your system has become blank, to make sure you did not download any virus into your flash, open the flash and check thoroughly one by one because sometimes these viruses could use some funny names that would not enable you know that they are viruses, you can now download all the information from your flash back to your PC. viruses are mostly planted by some unscrupulous anti virus producers who want to sell their product, however, in order to avoid this kind of situation in the future, don't open mails that you don't actually know where is coming from and mails dropped in your box through spam and always switch up your PC properly
