Virus Infostealer.Lemir.Gen?

I have got this virus in my computer, i have downloaded AVG antivirus but it could not remove nor move it to vault. i cannot remove it manually also, what can i do to remove it? is re-formatting my computer the only way out?

Try AVAST! or Avira Antivir both are free and the best. If they don't remove the virus then get an online scan at www.trendmicro.com and if tat doesnt work then yes formatting is the only way out.
i would get rid of avg (avast fir that matter also) and get yourself better protected
