Virus help?

i open my task manager and found out the unknown process called tmp74.tmp.exe, i searched it and found it's a virus. I need help cause sometimes it terminates services process and makes my computer reboot. i installed AVG but after i update it it was an error. pls tell me how to solve this, delete or post a link that i can download good antivirus ty
