Help with my computer!?!?!?

i was recently in canada for about 2 months for some business and when i came back my desktop computer would take like 20 minutes so that the task-bar and the desktop to appear , and after that it would freeze for another 10 minutes until it finally starts acting normal , and i am running very impatient , my friend told me that he used it so i guessed that it was a virus so i used my NORTOn antivirus scanners and only a couple of viruses appeared , so i downloaded the antivirus google provided and i got rid of more than 44 infections , that was a month ago , now i get all those google messages that they think that i am an automated virus and would let me use google i need to fix this without formatting and any advice would be appreciated

As you found out Norton is junk. It has been said that cutting and pasting a response to frequently asked questions is a tolerated

practise. So, please forgive me. Let me state that I use this product and it is the best one out of

all the ones I have tried. I surf in really hostile environments too. (even porn sites after all I am a guy).

If you Must use FREEWARE utilities. The best combination I have come up with is.

Comodo firewall, Spyware Terminator, and Avira Antivir, adding adaware2007 works great with this set-up.
