I am trying to install Norton but my system give a fatal error time and again.?

My system was earlier loaded with Norton 2006. The computer developed some problem therfore I had to format it. Eversince when I try to install Norton 2006 through my CD or download the trial version it promts FATAL ERROR and stops further downloading. I possess the authentic version of the Antivirus duly registered.

Suggest how to download the anti virus.

u must completely remove it by :

uninstalling it first

then click run

type: regedit

then remove OLD Norton folder

thn download the new one
