I still don't know what to do with Trojan.W32.Looksy?

Ok virus won't go I've tried SUPERAntiSpy and it found me about 512 threats then I removed it, but it still the same ok I'll tell you what is happening first this show up

and if I pick ok or even cancel a website opens that says download this antivirus, a website with only 2 pages!! I'm sure it's the work of this virus coz anyway

not what a computer will say! What ever I press the website opens but this time it have only one page and no home page

there are also alot of URL changer in my PC

how can I stop all this please help me.
