Trojan virus problem - help please?

Guess I caught a trojan while downloading a file. I have Avast! Antivirus, but my computer keeps telling me I have a system error, and that I should download another antivirus system to remove the problem. Of course I did, and (of course) I need to register with them for them to remove the Trojan.

So any idea how I can disable the feature that tells me I have a system error every time I try to open a new internet page?

try running system restore if that doesn't work reinstall windows

When you get it fixed download Ccleaner at Ccleaner.com and run it often it also has an issues program in it that fixes issues you may have.

Good Luck
