Trouble getting to download movies?

I have spoken to so many people who can download movies. I even bought and downloaded the software to do it. I also had it installed when I bought my computer.

I cannot seem to be able to download. It tells me that it has a lock on it or something. I follow the same steps others do and they can download on theirs but I can't on mine.

I have Norton Antivirus on my computer, some say that is the reason, does anyone know why if this is true?
