I have the virus win32/valumbvbc and can't remove it i installed avg it did download but can&#0

what else an i do? where did avg go? how do i remove this virus??? avg downloaded 100% but is gone?? i have ca antivirus and i tried avast virus removal and they cannot ind the virus yet when i scanned4x then ca did find it but could not fix it

Use some other software. Norton, Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Spybot, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info
1. you should only have antivirus program running at a time

2. you should do an update as soon as you install any program before you use it
it might be malware, where the trial version of avg only can remove viruses...download Malwarebytes...its the 6th one down
