i just got a new computer about a month or two ago. it is a cheepie from wallmart hd monitor flat screen the brand is emachines. when we first got it it played music,everything i wanted it to. i downloaded mozzilla firefox limewire and that sort of thing i am constantly on myspace. listening to music was my fav thing to do then one day, it wouldnt play music. i figured it would work th enext day when i logged on an it didnt but i could hear everything but usic i was devastated about a week later it wouldnt play anyting at all and still wont. i have put a block so my daughter cant get on the computer and deleted her and put myself as administrator as well as put a child block so that she couldnt even get on if she wanted to. we have avast antivirus the the speakers that came with the computer are the ones that we use i dont know what is wrong do you have any ideas i could really use some help. the speaker icon does show up and everything is unmuted thanks for your help!
